The event will feature tastings of the Splinter Spirits Group unique bourbon and whiskeys, made by winemakers with a love for whiskey. Also tasting Splinter’s unique wine-forward Partner Sweet Vermouth (the exclusive sweet vermouth used at The Butcher & The Bar). No. 209 Gin will also be included. Small plates of food will also be paired with the tasting.
