After much hard work and persistence, The Butcher Shop is finally open! We sell traditional cuts of beef, pork, and poultry, a wide variety of 100% house made sausages, ground meats, sides, and bone broths. We pride ourselves on using regionally sourced, clean product for our customers’ enjoyment.

Each day, The Butcher shop features a limited menu of custom crafted sandwiches available for take-out. While there are some standard menu items, the menu will change daily. The same sandwiches are also available for full-service dine-in in our bar area or on the outside patio.

Due to COVID-19 and to abide by Boynton Beach ordinance, our bar and full service seating is currently closed. However, customers are welcome to enjoy their to-go food al fresco on our patio.

Once South Florida orders are lifted, we are excited to open The Bar side of the restaurant. The Bar will feature high quality wine, spirits, and beer, with emphasis on local and regional providers. We will make our cocktails with premium ingredients and fresh squeezed juices. Our draft beers will represent the finest breweries in the local Boynton Beach area. Each day from 4pm-6pm, The Bar will host a cocktail hour. Not a traditional Happy Hour, cocktail hour will showcase rotating daily drink specials. Customers will also get to enjoy a complimentary snack from our Butcher’s Kitchen.

From 4pm – 10pm each evening, The Bar will feature small plates of food that showcases product from our Butcher’s Kitchen. The menu will change daily based on product availability. After 10pm a limited “Late Night Bites” menu will be offered.

The Butcher & The Bar is thrilled to be one of many businesses that are part of the Boynton Beach Redevelopment Program; this program is planned to bring more storefronts and business to the area and is set to create over one hundred new jobs!
